We get it. Sometimes a scent just doesn’t spark joy.
(Shocking, we know - but it happens)

3-Day Smell Test

You have 3 days from the day you receive your order to decide if Airea is the one for you. If you’re not feeling the vibe, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund.

Didn’t Love the Scent?

No hard feelings. Simply place the item back into the original padded envelope (or something similar) and send it back to us to:

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive the item, we’ll perform a quick inspection. If everything looks good, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

A Few Quick Notes

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

  • Customer pay for return shipping label
