Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods. Airea is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Airea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

If applicable, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
